GetParfum is an online perfume store: a fragrance catalog and the sale of in-stock goods with delivery across Russia. By using the site you agree to these terms; if you disagree, please stop using the site. Purchases are governed by the Public Offer.
2. Account
You are responsible for the security of your account. Do not share your password with others. We reserve the right to suspend accounts that violate these terms.
3. Content
Reviews and discussions must be respectful. Spam, insults, and unauthorized advertising are prohibited. We reserve the right to remove content that violates these rules.
4. Ratings & Recommendations
Ratings are based on user scores and algorithms. GetParfum does not guarantee recommendation accuracy and is not liable for purchases made based on site data.
5. Intellectual Property
All site materials (text, design, logo) are the property of GetParfum. Copying without permission is prohibited. Brand and perfume names belong to their respective owners.
6. Limitation of Liability
GetParfum is provided "as is". We do not guarantee uninterrupted operation and are not liable for losses related to the use of the service.
7. AI consultant
The AI consultant is an automated fragrance-matching service based on a large language model; its suggestions do not replace a perfumer's advice and do not guarantee that a recommended fragrance will suit you. To generate a reply, the text of your message (with personal data masked) is sent to an external text-processing service outside Russia — see the Privacy Policy and the Consent to Personal Data Processing for details.
8. Promo codes
Promo codes and temporary discounts published on the site apply on the terms stated when they are announced (validity period, minimum order amount, eligible products). A promo code has no cash value, cannot be combined with other promo codes unless stated otherwise, and may be changed or withdrawn by the Seller before it is applied to an order.
