Public Offer

This document is a public offer by sole proprietor Andrey S. Zaruev (the «Seller») to conclude a distance retail sale contract on the terms below. Placing an order on getparfum.com constitutes acceptance of this offer and agreement with all its terms.

1. Subject

The Seller sells, and the Buyer purchases, the perfumery products listed in the catalog on getparfum.com and in stock. Product details and price are shown on each product page.

2. Placing an order

The order is placed on the site. The Buyer provides their name, phone, e-mail and delivery address. The Seller may contact the Buyer to confirm the order.

3. Price and payment

Prices are shown on the site in Russian rubles. Payment is made online or upon delivery. A fiscal receipt is issued in accordance with applicable law. The price in a confirmed order is not subject to change.

4. Delivery

Delivery is available across Russia and CIS countries via CDEK and Russian Post. Delivery time and cost are calculated at checkout. Ownership and risk pass to the Buyer upon handover of the goods.

5. Returns and exchange

Goods of proper quality: for distance sales the Buyer may refuse the goods before handover and, after handover, within 7 days, provided the presentation, consumer properties, factory packaging and seals are preserved. Refunds are made within 10 days of receiving the returned goods. Defective goods are accepted for return or replacement under applicable consumer law. 6. Liability

The Seller is not liable for improper fulfilment caused by inaccurate data provided by the Buyer. The parties are released from liability for non-performance due to force majeure.

7. Personal data

The Buyer's personal data is processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy and Consent to Personal Data Processing.
