Francis Kurkdjian is a French perfumer and one of the most decorated noses of his generation. A graduate of the ISIPCA school, he created his first blockbuster — Jean Paul Gaultier Le Mâle — at just 24 (1995). In 2009 he co-founded Maison Francis Kurkdjian with Marc Chaya, releasing the cult Baccarat Rouge 540, and in 2021 he became Dior's perfumer-creator. He is known for technical virtuosity, his work with musks and saffron, and scent-based art projects.
