    Payment

    Orders are paid online at checkout: by bank card or via the Faster Payments System (SBP) on Tochka Bank's secure page. Card details never reach our site. Prices are in Russian rubles; the amount is shown before you proceed to payment and does not change afterwards.

    A fiscal receipt is e-mailed after payment. If the payment fails or you close the bank page, the order is kept and can be paid again from the order page.

    Delivery

    • Moscow: courier, 1,000 ₽, next day.
    • Russia: CDEK to a pickup point or to the door, Russian Post. Cost and time are calculated at checkout from CDEK rates for your city — usually from 250 ₽ and 1–7 days.
    • We do not ship outside Russia.

    We ship within 1–2 business days after payment and e-mail the tracking number. Perfume is packed in a protective box; please check the package on receipt.

    Returns and exchange

    Unused goods can be returned before delivery or within 7 days after it, provided the factory packaging and seals are intact — an opened bottle cannot be returned. Refunds go back to the same card or SBP account within 10 days of our receiving the item.

    Defective or wrong items are returned or replaced at our expense. To arrange a return, e-mail [email protected] with your order number.
